AUSTRALIA
FREE domestic shipping for all orders over $500 (standard Australia Post). For any orders under $500 shipping is a flat rate of $10 for up to 5kg, $20 for 5-20kg within Australia You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel via www.auspost.com.au.
INTERNATIONAL
We use Australia Post. Currently our international orders are charged at a flat rate $20 for orders weighing less than 1kg, orders over 1kg and less than 5kg are $30, orders over 5kg and less than 10kg are $50, and all orders over 10kg are $90.
You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. In some instances, tracking may not be available once shipment has left Australia. Please contact us if you require more information. Please allow around 7-15 business days for delivery of goods (this may take longer due to changes within the worldwide postal systems since 2020).
Please note please be aware that our prices do not include taxes or duties for international orders and therefore, import taxes and/or duties may be payable at your cost when your order arrives into your country. You are able to get more information on these additional charges via your local customs office. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded.

It is very important for us to provide you with the best service, orders are sent out during our weekday gallery opening hours and packed with the utmost care.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
The above time frames are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We will do our utmost to meet the indicated delivery times but are not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.
