REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receiving it, and for in-store purchases, within 14 days of purchasing it.
Please first e-mail us at hello@quartzgallery.com.au with your order number and product details, and tracking number if returning via post.

EXCHANGE

Upon receipt of your return we will replace it with the same style and colour that you originally ordered if it is available.

REFUNDS

Once a return for refund has been received the transaction will be processed and will be refunded to your original payment within 10 business days of the item being received.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges will be deducted or credited from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You the customer are responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, we suggest sending it with registered post.

Please note: All sale items purchased are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Colour of product may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced with our dissertation, please e-mail us at hello@quartzgallery.com.au to initiate the best process.

FAULTY

Faulty items do not cover general wear and tear and we can only refund / exchange items if there is a major fault.
